Festive Friday Challenge

HI Everyone,

Over the long weekend I had a clean up of my craft room... One of the big changes was to the draw containing all my ribbons and brads/eyelets...

What a mess!!

Oh that's better! lol :)
I can't believe how much room all those rolls of ribbon were taking up! So I wound them all onto squares of card (made the flaps of the SU brown boxes), and placed them in this storage box I bought from Kmart for $10. I have chopped the hinged lid off, as that was only going to get in the way! Big thing for me - I don't normally cut up things I buy but like to keep them as I bought them! However, I couldn't take all my lovely SU ribbons off their rolls.... Did you know I had 2 crochet ribbons - both unopened!! whoops!

Anyway, I was squeezed in some crafting last night including this card for the Festive Friday Challenge #8.

I've been meaning to try this 'frilly' look for ages, so I tried last night with the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch. I sense a few more cards coming up as I test out all my border punches with this technique! :)

I was inspired by Nicole's card to use my Pennant Punch and co-ordinating Pennant Parade Stamp Set.

Thanks for looking,
